The Website provides access to a multitude of information, services, images, or data (hereinafter, "the contents") on the Internet belonging to Portofino Hair & Beauty.

The prices of hairdressing, aesthetic, and massage services that may be displayed or communicated through the Website or customer service channels (WhatsApp, Email) are expressed in Euros (€).
In accordance with the current tax regulations applicable in the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands, the professional activity carried out by the owner is exempt from the application of the Canary Islands General Indirect Tax (IGIC), under the tax regime applicable to their current census situation as a freelance professional (autónomo).

Alex Marongiu, by himself or as an assignee, is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of his website, as well as the elements contained therein (by way of example, but not limited to: images, photographs of work and haircuts, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, etc.), owned by Portofino Hair & Beauty.
Any use not previously authorized by Portofino Hair & Beauty will be considered a serious breach of the author's intellectual or industrial property rights.
